1 General Terms

Bellagio.onl is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bellagio and its users.

By accessing the bellagio platform, registering, or using any of our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Account Registration

Creating an account on bellagio is completely free. However, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time.

Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Residential Address

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited. Account login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone.

3 Age Verification

You must be 18 years of age or older to play on bellagio. This is one of our platform's strictest policies, and there are no exceptions.

Bellagio may verify your age at any point after registration. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). You may be required to provide one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Certificate (alongside other documents)

Withdrawals may be suspended until age verification is complete. If an account is opened with a false age and the user is later found to be under 18, all deposited funds will be returned and any winnings will be voided.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits are usually processed instantly. However, depending on the payment method, some transactions may take 1–3 business days. bellagio does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from bellagio, your account must have a completed KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Processing time: 24 to 72 hours
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours

Bellagio may request additional documents to verify a withdrawal. This is part of our security process and is in place to protect all users. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated individually.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bellagio regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has a set expiry date — once it expires, the bonus is automatically forfeited
• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only

• Wagering requirements are typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once or across multiple accounts

7 Betting Rules

The following rules are mandatory when placing bets on bellagio. They apply to all game types — Sports Betting, lottery, casino games, and live dealer games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• The minimum bet amount is set individually for each game
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bellagio will provide an appropriate resolution
• Outcomes in Sports Betting are determined in accordance with official governing body announcements
• Lottery draw results are final and cannot be appealed
• Winnings obtained due to a software or system error will be considered void

Bellagio guarantees fair play at all times. The RNG (Random Number Generator) across all our games is regularly audited by independent third parties. If any player believes an irregularity has occurred in a game, they can file a complaint with our support team.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bellagio. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action where necessary.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches in the bellagio system
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of a game

Where such activities are detected, bellagio reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account and take any necessary legal action.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Bellagio may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• At the account holder's request
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing support@bellagio.onl. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed.

If an inactive account holds a balance, a monthly service fee of ৳200 or 10% of the total balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted after 12 months of inactivity.
